COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
A diversified holding company operating in almost every sector of the Ghanaian economy with annual revenue in excess of USD500 million seeks to employ an experienced executive to join their INVESTMENT DEPARTMENT as Senior/Group Manager, Capital Raising & Valuation. The Investment Department is primarily responsible for all M&A and Corporate Finance-related activities, including analyzing new investment opportunities, raising capital, and providing strategy consulting services to all subsidiaries within the Group.

PURPOSE:
As the Senior/Group Manager for Capital Raising and Valuation, you will lead the capital raising team in securing both debt and equity capital for the company’s businesses and projects, and maintaining relationships with investors. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of financial markets with experience in corporate finance and exceptional networking skills.
