As a Lecturer and Researcher at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Dr. Idan is instrumental in shaping the next generation of animal scientists. His teaching and mentorship have resulted in the supervision of over 80 undergraduate and postgraduate students. He holds a Ph.D. in Grain Science (Feed Processing & Technology) from Kansas State University, USA, an M.Phil. in Animal Science (Animal Nutrition) from the University of Ghana, Legon, and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. His extensive knowledge and technical skills in feed formulation, precision nutrition, statistical analysis, and financial planning for poultry and livestock farms make him a sought-after expert in the field.
