The conference aims to convene key stakeholders from across the academic technology transfer ecosystem, including university and research institution leadership, Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Officers, industry representatives, development partners, and government agencies. GRIC ANNUAL FORUM
The Ghana Research and Industry Collaborative (GRIC) Annual Forum is a flagship event that brings together stakeholders from academia/research, industry, government, and international partners to foster collaboration and drive sustainable innovation.
This year’s theme, Strengthening Research-Industry Collaboration for Sustainable Innovation and Development, reflects the need for a strategic approach to bridging the gap between research and industry.
Building on the success of the inaugural forum in 2023 and ongoing ecosystem-level initiatives, this forum will provide a platform for dialogue, knowledge sharing, and development of actionable solutions to strengthen Ghana’s research, innovation, and technology ecosystem. Through plenary sessions, keynote addresses, and engaging presentations, participants will gain insights into best practices for research commercialisation, technology transfer, and policy alignment, all geared towards achieving sustainable economic growth.
